1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EscortMeets website and services (collectively, the "Platform"). Please read these Terms carefully, as they form a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "user") and EscortMeets ("we", "us", "our").
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
2. Who Can Use the Platform?

3. What We Are (and Are Not)
EscortMeets is an online directory only. We provide a platform where users may publish and view profile listings and related content. We are not a party to, and take no part in, any arrangement, communication, transaction, or service that may result from listings published on the Platform.
In particular, you acknowledge and agree that:
- No booking or arrangement service. We do not arrange, schedule, confirm, broker, facilitate, negotiate, or otherwise participate in the booking of any service, meeting, or appointment between users or between users and any third party. Any such arrangements are made directly and exclusively between the parties involved.
- No payment processing. We do not collect, receive, hold, transmit, or otherwise process any payment, fee, deposit, or other consideration in connection with any service or arrangement that may result from any listing on the Platform. All such payments are made directly between the parties involved, and we have no involvement in or visibility over those payments.
- No agency, employment, or partnership. No advertiser or other user is an employee, agent, contractor, partner, or representative of EscortMeets. Nothing on the Platform should be interpreted as an offer, recommendation, endorsement, or guarantee by us of any user, listing, or service.
- No responsibility for outcomes. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, including any communications, arrangements, payments, and services that occur on or off the Platform. We accept no responsibility or liability for the conduct, performance, quality, legality, safety, or outcome of any arrangement or service that may result from your use of the Platform.
4. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must not create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes, impersonate another person, or share your account credentials with anyone else. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately.
5. Listings and User Content
Users may submit listings and content for publication on the Platform. All listings are subject to our approval before they go live. We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any content at our sole discretion.
You retain ownership of any content you submit. However, by submitting content to the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, distribute, and modify that content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.
You warrant that any content you submit is accurate, lawful, does not infringe any third-party rights, and that you have all necessary permissions to publish it.
6. Prohibited Activities
By using the Platform, you agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
- Post or transmit content that is false, misleading, defamatory, abusive, obscene, or infringing;
- Promote non-consensual, exploitative, or illegal sexual themes or services;
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users;
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access or extract data from the Platform without our consent;
- Upload viruses, malware, or any code designed to interfere with the Platform;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its systems;
- Create duplicate or misleading listings, or manipulate the Platform in any way;
- Sell, transfer, or share your account with another person.
7. Safety and Conduct
You acknowledge that you are entirely responsible for ensuring that any content you post and any interactions you have through the Platform comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
We do not control all user content and cannot guarantee its accuracy or quality. By using the Platform, you understand that you may encounter content that you find objectionable. If you believe content violates these Terms, please report it to us.
We reserve the right, but are under no obligation, to review disputes between users. If we determine that you have violated these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your account and remove your content without prior notice.
8. Service Availability and Termination
We do not guarantee that the Platform will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. Access may be suspended temporarily for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. The Platform should not be used as your primary storage for content; you are responsible for keeping your own backups.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use or contacting us to request deletion.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform that is not user-generated (including branding, design, text, and software) is our property or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform and all content and services provided through it are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to damages resulting from interactions with other users, reliance on listings, or inability to access the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EscortMeets, its operators, affiliates, and agents from any claim, loss, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
12. Third-Party Links and Interactions
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and them.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by posting the updated Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
